About The Alaska Mens Rosary

In March of 2023 a local restaurant hosted an all ages drag show. A small group of people showed up to pray the Rosary to be a public witness of the faith and to resist the exposure of young children to such events.

Inspired by Mens Rosary rallies around the world, this event was the catalyst for Alaska. Not just in response to the degradation of the culture but to proactively and routinely reclaim the public space for Christ through Our Lady.

Starting in July of 2023, and on the 13th of every month, a group of men assembled to publicly pray the Rosary as Our Lady requested at Fatima. Each location was picked carefully so we could trace the Sign of the Cross over the city of Anchorage. The goal is to trace this sign across the entire state.

Our Goal:

1. Establish public Mens Rosaries in other Alaskan cities

2. Promote the 1st Saturday Devotion through the diocese

3. Encourage the parish priests to promote the Holy Face Devotion

4. Pilgrimage to Mens Rosaries around the state

5. Pilgrimage to the National Shrine of St. Therese of Lisieux
